3-Act Tasks
Graham Fletcher is a math educator and consultant who has developed a large collection of free 3-Act Tasks for K–8 classrooms.
The 3-Act Task format, originally developed by Dan Meyer, structures math lessons around a short video or image that poses a real-world problem, prompting students to ask questions, make estimates, and work toward a solution.
Fletcher's collection is organized by grade band and covers a wide range of number and operations concepts. The page also links out to task collections from other well-known math educators. All resources are freely available under a Creative Commons licence.

The Coast Metro Math Project is a BC-based collaborative initiative to support elementary teachers in the teaching and assessment of K–7 mathematics. It grew out of a 2022 professional learning series with Dr. Marian Small, after which the Coast Metro Consortium brought together teachers from the Lower Mainland Math Contacts (LMMC) group to develop a shared framework grounded in the BC K–7 math curriculum. Development ran from summer 2022 through 2023 and is ongoing. The resulting resources are available to all BC educators.
