Part-time Teachers' Rights Pro-D Days - Local agreement (part-time teachers required to attend pro-d if it falls on one of their regular work days; if not, at their discretion)

CUPE Emergency Reponse Replacement - Local agreement (only if no certified or uncertified TTOCs)

TTOCs Temp Contracts & Sick Days - Arbitration (sick days do not carry over past end of temp contract)
